The project envisions an extension, reconstruction, and new facade of an existing building in PI 306, block 49, in the town of Nessebar. The main goal is the modernization and expansion of the building, transforming it into a multifunctional complex with a hotel area, apartments, and a restaurant.

Includes a reception, restaurant, kitchen, service, and storage facilities. The new organization optimizes guest comfort through modernized hotel rooms and improved logistics. -
Residential area:
The project includes 3 apartments with a total of 42 permanent beds, with the option to expand to 47 beds through sofa beds in the living rooms. The apartments feature improved layouts and balconies. -
Restaurant:
Located on the ground floor, with 38 seats, a modern equipped kitchen, and direct access from "Ribarska" Street.
