Vladimir Kolev is the CEO of TV Property and an entrepreneur with a focus on the development of contemporary residential and investment projects. He holds a bachelor's and master's degree in economics and mathematics from the University of Bath and Sofia University, which also determines his approach to business: analysis of complex financial structures and strategic planning applied to each project.

In June 2026, Kolev participated as a lecturer at the "Black Sea Coast Business Meeting" from the "Capital Cities" series in Burgas, where he presented the investor's perspective on how infrastructure and access to financing determine the long-term value of properties in the region.
