RUHouse is a modern gated residential complex, located at the foot of the picturesque Vitosha Mountain. It consists of 4 sections and houses a total of 108 apartments, an underground parking lot with 124 spaces, offices, and 2 shops. It offers unmatched comfort, complemented by mountain panoramas. It embodies the unity of contemporary architecture and high-quality, innovative materials and technologies.

The exterior is based on a ventilated facade cladding made of the innovative VIROC material – a composite panel consisting of a compressed mixture of pine wood and cement, combining the flexibility of wood and the durability of cement.

In combination with Trespa Meteon panels with a walnut finish and the building’s signature orange Etalbond, complemented by dark graphite aluminum joinery by Reynaers, the facade looks truly distinctive and impressive, giving the building the necessary individuality, dressed in modern touches.

High-tech energy-saving systems maintain the microclimate throughout the building. A unified architectural image of the exterior and the interior of the common areas and foyers has been achieved, using the same innovative materials that make up the facade solution. The feeling of a successful meeting between form, material, and color is emphasized by original lighting solutions of the “Smart Lighting” type.
